Meeting Room Reservations

Meeting Room Reservation Request

  • Please click on the day/time you would like to reserve 

  • If a day/time is unavailable, it has already been reserved

  • By submitting a reservation, you are agreeing to the terms of use rules laid out in the Chandler Creek HOA Meeting Room Rules

  • Homeowners and Tenants must pay $25 online when booking. Payment options are provided when filling out the reservation below. 

  • The meeting room has a conference table with seating for 10-12 people.

  • A reservation is not final until confirmed by HOA via their official email

  • The Chandler Creek Homeowners’ Association (CCHOA) Meeting Room is available only for meetings, such as book club meetings, scout meetings, bible study/prayer group meetings, with a maximum capacity of 15 participants. Reservations for birthday or graduation parties, family gatherings, showers, or other similar events are available via the CCHOA Party Room
