The 2024 annual statements have been mailed and are now arriving in mailboxes. Please be sure to lookout for the annual statement so as not to overlook it or discard it by mistake. If you do not receive your annual statement, please make sure PS Property Management has your correct mailing address. You may also request a duplicate copy.
As a reminder, assessments are due January 1, 2024 and are considered late after January 31, 2024. If anyone desires a payment plan, we encourage you to complete and submit the Payment Plan Form.
