The Board of Directors and Executive Committee are pleased to announce the completion of construction for the new HOA pavilion located just north of the swimming pool. The new pavilion has 3 picnic tables (one of which is handicap accessible), shade canopy, charcoal grill and two trash cans and will be open for use tomorrow, Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
Use of the HOA pavilion is on a first come, first served basis for Chandler Creek HOA members only. Residents using the pavilion are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and disposing of all trash in the available trash cans.

The HOA's next project is replacement of the current playscape with a new, larger playscape and the project should begin within the next few weeks. Stay tuned for more updates.
