Party Room Reservations

Party Room Reservation Request 

​

  • Please click on the day/time you would like to reserve. If a day/time is unavailable, it has already been reserved. 

  • By submitting a reservation, you are agreeing to the terms of use rules laid out in the Chandler Creek HOA Party Room Rules.

  • All Chandler Creek residents (homeowners and tenants) will pay a $100 fee via credit/debit card when booking online.

  • Non-Refundable Fee: $25 will be charged as a usage fee.

  • Refundable Portion: $75 may be refunded based on your departure time from the party room:

    • 0-15 minutes after the reservation: full $75 refund.​

    • 16 minutes or more after the reservation: no refund (the $75 will be forfeited).

  • Refund Options for Homeowners Only (tenants will be mailed a refund):

    • Option 1: Refund mailed directly to homeowner within 30 days.​

    • Option 2: Refund applied to homeowner’s HOA account, for current or future assessments.

  • Refund Processing: Any refunds due to a homeowner or tenant will be processed and mailed to the address on file within 30 days after the reservation date.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Residents receive a full refund if they cancel via Calendly.​

    • If the HOA cancels on behalf of a resident: $25 will be forfeited, and $75 will be refunded.

  • Tables and chairs are available for your use in the party room.

  • A reservation is not final until confirmed by HOA via their official email.

  • The Chandler Creek Homeowners’ Association (CCHOA) party room is intended only for birthday parties, family gatherings, showers, or other similar events.  Meetings, such as book club meetings, scout meetings, bible study/prayer group meetings are limited to the CCHOA Meeting Room.
